Director of Operations and Finance

Ideal Candidate:  

The ideal candidate will have excellent people and organizational skills with an accounting background. This individual will have strong values, excellent leadership skills and high integrity/honesty in everything they do. Complete team player with a high work ethic and takes pride and responsibility in their work.

 

Duties and responsibilities:                                                                                                    

  • Support the CEO and President of the Company 

  • Manage day-to-day operations and activities within the office

  • Calculate monthly commissions through RPMS (Representative Profit Management System)

  • Manage employee’s payroll

  • Manage Inside Sales Personnel

  • Maintain QuickBooks

  • Prepare Business Reviews and business presentations using PowerPoint

  • Submit and compliance test 401K contributions 

  • Maintain/update Corporate PowerPoint presentations

  • Responsible for paying monthly bills and reconciling bank statements

  • Implementation and management of web-based Supplier management systems

  • Trinity business hours are 7:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday (the main phone line needs to be answered by Insides Sales and/or Operations Manager during office hours)

 

Requirements/Skills:                                                                                            

  • Honest, trustworthy and dependable with excellent work ethic and high integrity

  • Strong sales and accounting background

  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.

  • Utmost discretion in maintaining confidentially of information/material received

  • Results oriented individual with positive attitude and excellent people skills

  • Ability to follow up and be proactive daily in helping promote the success of the company

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Trinity’s Principals based on mutual trust and work performance

  • HR knowledge and experience

Trinity is seeking a technical and highly motivated Field Sales Engineer who can take an existing revenue-based territory and create growth. Trinity is a dynamic, fast-growing, and profitable company that offers the potential to earn unlimited income.

 

Trinity is a 36-year-old leading Manufacturer Representative Firm. Trinity’s product offering is synergistically aligned with leading manufacturers serving the networking, storage, data center, industrial, consumer and automotive markets. Trinity proudly represents Bourns (Circuit Protection, Magnetics and Sense Products), Macronix (Nor/Nand Flash Memory), Melexis (Sensor Solutions), Molex (Connectors & Cables), Navitas (GaN & SiC Technology), Phison enterprise SSD’s and Alif AI/ML Microcontrollers.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with Trinity’s manufacturers, customers, and distributors.

  • Proactively sell Trinity’s entire product line including semiconductors, components, and system level products.

  • Expand existing customer designs win and revenue dollars.

  • Develop and create new customers and new design opportunities with Trinity’s entire line card.

  • Maintain accurate forecasts via CRM reporting.

  • Develop and maintain exceptional customer relationships built on results, trust, and professionalism.

 

Field Sales Engineer Education and Attributes:

  • BS/EE Degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience preferred.

  • High integrity with strong work ethic and positive attitude.

  • Excellent communications (oral and written).

  • Must be able to identify/quantify opportunities and strong ability to close new business.

  • Energetic, action and results-oriented with a positive attitude.

  • Strong sales competence and industry knowledge to meet the customer and manufacturer requirements.

  • Strong organizational, planning, analytical and reporting skills.

  • Willing to sponsor candidate.

  • Excellent listening skills and ability to follow direction.
